Learning locations and Field Trips

Learning will take place on the bus and throughout the day at different locations. This list is not all-inclusive but is a sample of places we will go. The parents of registered students will have access to the exact schedule before the term begins.

Library

Theme development for community service, detective, life skills, public speaking.

Recreation Center

We will learn about community programs, help with service opportunities, do rock climbing for exercise and core curriculum.

McKee Dairy

We will do career shadowing and animal husbandry here.

Grocery Store

Here we will do scavenger hunts, budgeting lessons.

Dinosaur Museum

Here we will do the detective theme. Possibly solve a "crime".

Nature School

Here we will learn the life skills and animal husbandry themes.
